WHO I AM:

My name is Slade Crooks and I am a real estate broker with Township Properties.  I am licensed in both Oregon and Washington.  I service the entire Portland Metro Area, as well as Vancouver/ SW Washington.

I am happily married and have two wonderful boys.  Away from work, my passions are my family and just about anything that you could classify as a sport.

I grew up in the Portland suburbs and am a proud graduate of Linfield College.

In the past four years I have helped nearly 75 clients buy and/or sell homes in the Metro Area with a closeed sales volume in excess of $20,000,000*.

In reality, anyone can show you houses or stick a "for sale" sign in the yard and while we always hope for simple and smooth transaction, you never know when things are going to get bumpy.

By their very nature, real estate transactions can be emotional and confrontational--the Seller wants to sell for the most money, the Buyer wants to pay as little as possible.  Where money is saved or lost and sales close or fall apart is in the ability of the agents to successfully negotiate a transaction where both sides feel they have a FAIR DEAL.  You can rest assured I will not stop working for you until you get a fair deal.
